Mason Law Firm has traditionally focused its practice to the representation of management in the areas of labor, employment, and OSHA. Due to client demand, we recently welcomed a seasoned construction lawyer to handle the myriad of construction claims from many of our contractor clients. By focusing on these niche practice areas, we are able to maintain a depth of knowledge and breadth of experience that is not usually found in a larger, full service firms.
The founder of the firm, Ronald Mason, was formerly an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board. He has worked for some of the largest, most successful firms in the region before beginning Mason Law Firm several years ago.

Mason Law Firm is a labor law firm helping companies aggressively deal with unions. In representing our clients and following the law, many unions believe that we are not playing "fair" and we are called "Union Busters." These unions simply do not understand the law and thus resort to name calling.

We are not Union Busters. We advise companies on the law and their rights under the law. If that advice results in the defeat of a union through an election, the decertification of a union, or the withdrawal of recognition of a union, so be it. Those are not our goals, they are just outcomes.

Defeating a union through an election is the result of employees voting against union representation after carefully weighing all of their options.
